The War on The Internet

So today we were greeted by news which was to be expected really, and to be quite honest I don't even know why I'm bothering to write about it seeing as every blog in the UK is probably already covering this story but for the sake of adding to critical mass, I'll state the issues.

Today the news was reporting on the '1984' style press control:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2295658/Press-regulation-Internet-targeted-MPs-time-chilling-threat-free-speech.html

Apparently the British Government has seen fit to bring in a bunch of new laws which not only strongly restrict the media's ability to report on stories (not that the mass media was ever that great at bringing things to peoples attention in the first place) but also means that there is a serious threat of ordinary internet users being sued for damages for cases of slander and or defamation. Those at risk includes me, for writing this blog and it includes you if you decided to post up unsubstantiated bullshit on Facebook or Twitter - quite literally you can be held accountable for saying anything, really, if someone can falsify evidence to the contrary to what you have said.

That said, this is nothing new. Hundreds of people have already been arrested (and charged) for things said on Facebook, and I'm guessing the toll for people losing their jobs for 'I hate my boss, I think he is a cunt' comments, probably extends to the hundreds of thousands mark. Lets face it, the internet isn't safe anymore, in particular Facebook which was always an intelligence finding database from the get-up.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/newsbeat/18030970

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-19882618

You have to ask, is this really an attack on the 'free-press'? Or is it really an attack on the internet's ability to quickly get information across?

Lets be honest, if it wasn't for the internet most of us would still be believing there was actually a point to the wars in the Middle East, that the economy really was failing due to genuine mistakes and that politicians actually have our best interests at heart. The internet has been a brilliant tool for unlocking minds and dispelling the bollocks stories we've been told over the centuries, until now. This could be seriously damaging for everyone who actually cares about learning the truth about things.

Lets take a scenario for arguments sake:

A woman is kidnapped and gang raped repeatedly by a group of highly wealthy politicians and bankers. She gets out, and no one believes her, the police are too scared to chase up the case and so in desperation she posts her ordeal up on the internet, because currently if you have a huge problem which no one seems to be helping you with, you post it on the internet to try and get publicity. If these people were so rich that they could pay off the police and pay for some witnesses to vouch for them being some place else at the time this rape allegedly happened, they could then take that woman to the cleaners and infinancially rape her too, just to really rub the salt in the wounds.

Whilst this may seem a bit of an extreme example, there are tons of cases which have received publicity through the internet, people who have won against corruption and blackmail, this Act would potentially put a stop to that.

Thing is, its not just freedom of speech which is under attack.

The past few years has seen both the European Union and America try and bring in internet laws such as 'SOPA' which far extend past their premise that it is just for preventing online piracy. In any case, despite both SOPA in the states and the European equivalent, the legislation was rejected on privacy grounds. Despite that, starting from next year in 2014, in the UK internet service providers will be required to log and monitor your download habits and give you a 'three strikes' warning, where presumably your internet speeds will be slowed until eventually you receive nasty letters through the post asking you to come to court.

http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2406323,00.asp

The same is happening in America too, albeit they get six strikes instead of our three.

http://phys.org/news/2013-01-braces-online-piracy.html

Europe and America both have the sinister issue of having to pay £20 (or $30) to appeal against an ISP's decision, because, you know, its not like the UK or America has a Bill of Rights or anything. And it gets worse. You ever posted something like a video of your mate falling over, onto YouTube? You put some music onto that clip? Guess what, if you did, you could be fined under these new proposals.

In any case just be glad you don't live in Germany where the lines between civil and criminal cases are blurred. If you are caught downloading porn illegally over there the porn studio send letters to your home demanding a payment settlement and then post your name publicly for everyone to laugh at (unless they pay £650 straight to the firm straight away without question.) Apparently the potential damage to relationships is neither here nor there to these arseholes.

Trouble is, its set to get worse. Gone are the days where the internet danced to the tune of dial-up tones and the anarchistic web pages ran wild, slowly but surely the internet is becoming standardised and my prediction is that eventually all the websites we take for granted today will be shut down and we will all be given some form of internet passport. The internet will be like a glorified Ceefax, except it draws more information out about you, than you do about it.

For example, there was huge controversy about Google's terms and conditions changing last year. People generally don't care that much anymore now its old news, but in my opinion people should be very scared of an internet organisation which demands you use a 'real name' when filling out your profile. Its not my belief that Google is necessarily some Government sponsored spy (that's Facebook) but I do think that they are deliberately and undeniably creating a file on you to know how best to sell products to you.

Facebook on the other hand is without question being used by police forces to gather intelligence on us, and as technology increases that ability will only grow. They are working on software which can predict where in the world flashpoints and crimes are about to take place and software which evaluates all your likes and dislikes in your Facebook timeline and makes a judgement on you about how likely you are to commit a crime.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2013/mar/09/facebook-arrested-evgeny-morozov-extract

All we need now is some sort of drug which makes us all docile and apathetic.

Oh hold on!

Welcome to the New World Order!

UAF Conference 2013

This article has been a long time coming since its taken me a good week to have the time to upload all the associated videos that I took, but I'm finally in the position to release them to the world.

Before I begin I would like to say that I'm not a supporter of the UAF, an organisation which suffers from atrocious double standards and ironic statements. At the same time (as I'm sure this will be read by a few UAF supporters) I'm also not a supporter of the idiotic EDL who run around making themselves look like your typical Chav cunt. So with that all cleared up, lets continue.

If you are unaware of who the UAF then take note; They are the ironically named 'Unite Against Fascism', or as many have taken to calling them 'Unite Against Freedom'. They are predominately supported by young adults who have studied at universities and have been brainwashed by Marxist doctrines but also seem to have a regular band of individuals with limited mental capacity at the ready to be used as muscle to prevent democratic demonstrations against multiculturalism, communism and international socialism.

The UAF seem to have endless resources, mainly because they have close links with the main Unions such as 'Unite' (as well as the scary support of teachers unions such as the NUT and NASUWT), political parties such as the Socialist Workers Party and more worryingly the Labour party. They have leaders and spokesmen from these parties and organisation, one of their main spokesmen is Ken Livingstone, former Labour Mayor of London but also seem to have a the strange support of practically every big-time Politician including current Prime Minister David Cameron.

Their mission appears at first glimpse to be an 'anti-fascist' organisation but look a little deeper and its obvious that this group is actually set up and financed by the state and top organisations which control society. Its not clear where their finances come from, although you can bet that they are likely paid for by Unions and 'special interest' groups such as Mosques and political groups like the Fabian society.

They defend a stance of 'no platform', that is that fascists (who they are apparently allowed to  define) should not be allowed to voice their opinions, apparently the idea of free speech completely dead to them, which is a defining point of authority of fascism.

Their double standards runs right through all their politics though. Every time an ethnic minority is killed by a white British person, they go into overdrive and fight tooth and nail to make sure it goes as public as possible. If the tables are turned however, and is a white Briton who suffers racism, it is unceremoniously ignored by the UAF 'anti-racists'. The same applies to their rather dodgy philosophy of defending militant Islamists who preach against homosexuality, womens rights and alcohol consumption... whilst defending homosexual and women's rights organisations. In fact nothing has been said by them at all by the increasing prevalence of Muslim gangs going out and preaching their vile and twisted philosophies on English streets.

Who's streets?

They purport to be against violent demonstrations yet none of their leadership seem to renounce violent behavior committed by their supporters. Take the darts thrown at Nick Griffin back in 2010 outside Parliament, caught on film. Of course the Crown Prosecution Service looked the other way despite calls by the BNP to have it looked into and despite evidence posted all over the internet. Ironically, a day before this attack on the BNP, Waymen Bennett (someone I got an interview with last week) was arrested for 'Conspiracy to organise violent disorder' at an EDL event in Bolton.

http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/news/5074044.74_arrests_at_protests/

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/manchester/8578558.stm

Assistant Chief Constable Garry Shewan said that:

"Today in Bolton we have seen some small evidence of this protest in the form of flag waving and vitriolic name calling - but we have also seen groups of people, predominantly associated with the UAF, engaging in violent confrontation.
"It is clear to me that a large number have attended today with the sole intention of committing disorder and their actions have been wholly unacceptable. Turning their anger onto police officers they acted with, at times, extreme violence and their actions led to injuries to police officers, protestors and members of the public.
"The police are not and should not be the target of such violence and anger and this protest and the actions of some of the protestors is roundly condemned by GMP and by Bolton Council. Were it not for the professionalism and bravery of police officers many others would have been seriously injured. I would also like to praise the efforts of the EDL stewards who worked with us in the face of some very ugly confrontations."

Trouble is, half the time the news reporting on these protests gets it completely wrong and attempts to tar the 'right-wing' as being the violent ones. Take the other week as an example where the BBC and the Guardian seem to report conflicting accounts, not unlikely because the Guardian is well known for its left leaning and therefore seems to be trying to play down the support of the 'right-wingers'.

The BBC account:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-manchester-21644784#story_continues_1
A bit different to:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/uk/2013/mar/03/edl-march-manchester-handful-arrests

Anyway, continuing on, I recently went to a UAF event to film their 2013 'Conference' but my main reason for going was to try and get an opportunity to ask a question about their methods and in particular their handling of the 2012 St Georges day parade where it transpired that parents with their young children were being pelted with missiles from the UAF who lined the streets. Apparently just because there were a few EDL turned up to the event, the innocent people celebrating a national saints day were fair game for their violent disturbance.

Here is a snippet of the way the UAF treats the English celebrating St Georges day in their own poxy country, albeit without footage of the missiles thrown:

So, without further ado, I give you the full videos for you to watch for your displeasure:

UAF CONFERENCE 2013 Videos

(I apologise in advance for the poor sound and picture quality. The sound quality couldn't be helped and the camera was continuously trying to auto-focus and the indoor strip lighting was giving it grief.)

(Note that there are some gaps between some of the videos. I didn't bother getting the clothes line seller of 'Love Music' because I didn't think he'd be that interesting - except he would have scored an own goal had I bothered to record him because he blurted out that they should not allow 'racist fascists' to speak because where the far right are able to speak in the media, they gain credibility. Which surely means that people agree with them in the wider society, then? Undemocratic shits.

I also managed to get an interview with the turd Weyman Bennett before people began becoming aware that I wasn't a UAF supporter and began demanding my name, address and phone number.

The reason for the security according to the Conference coordinator was that 'We have to be careful who films for our security'. The fact that they have people in the conference selling copies of 'Searchlight' which lists far-right personal details is neither here nor there apparently...

Police Airsoft Guns

It is well known that the UK has probably the most draconian and over the top gun laws in the 'free' world bar none, but few will know of just how far this extends. For those of you who aren't aware, in the UK airsoft guns which usually fall under 'realistic imitation firearms' are all but off limits except to people who are members of airsoft clubs or sites.

Back a few years ago the UK Government wanted an outright ban on airsoft guns in general because of the issues involving armed police not being able to use common sense in situations when kids were found plinking in the local park.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/kent/4695049.stm

http://www.standard.co.uk/news/children-arrested-for-toy-gun-game-6326903.html

Let kids be kids for fucks sake!

Here is a link to a pretty awful leaflet which is available in Thames Valley which addresses parents with this issue.
http://www.thamesvalley.police.uk/replicaguns-parents.pdf

It is shocking that children these days are not allowed to be kids, back a few decades ago kids would take an air rifle out and about to parks and so on and noone thought anything of it. Hell, even when I was fifteen dog walkers would see us prating about with the rubbishy single shot pistols and they would never phone the police. These days though everyone is a tell-tale cunt.

Regardless, the UK government brought in something called the UKARA 'license' which is essentially a bit of a joke pretending to be some sort of official 'firearm' regulation.
http://www.ukara.org.uk/questions.php
So now in the UK, you can buy a 'two-tone' airsoft gun (that is to say that at least 50% of the gun has to be brightly coloured) but you are not able to buy a black or realistically coloured one until you have satisfied to a game site that you intend to use your gun for what it is intended for.

You might think this is all good but the crux of the problem is that if you buy a 'two-tone', there is nothing to stop you from spraying it black. According to some shops (protecting their repeat business) it is illegal to spray them because you are manufacturing a replica firearm. Hmm, kay. On the flip side, if you have obtained a real firearm, you only need to spray half the thing bright orange and if it is spotted in public it will be presumed a fake.

Besides all the UKARA license required for what is essentially a toy gun (airsoft guns) there is still nothing stopping anyone over the age of 18 from going into a shop and buying an all metal realistic, semi-auto air pistol which could kill if you hit something vital. The complete retarded nature of this countries gun laws astounds. I' am in favour of civilian ownership of firearms, but when you have kids being arrested for owning toys we have to say enough is enough!

What may seem comical to most though is one of the new ideas brought out by a company who wants to sell BB guns to the police to use as markers. Read this shit:

http://www.huffingtonpost.co.uk/2013/01/24/dna-gun-can-tag-offenders_n_2539966.html

Check me out boyz, I'm hard!

Essentially, all it is is an ordinary airsoft gun which fires 'synthetic DNA BB's'. Basically in crowd control situations, an officer is meant to aim and fire at a troublemaker so that they can be identified later. Seriously, I'm not making this up.
Possible issues?

  • A member of the public could be blinded. The bruising left by a shot done at close range could quite easily be contrued as assault with a firearm.
  • In crowds an officer could hit the wrong person. The 'accurate to 40m' as stated by this article is very debatable as someone who uses these airsoft guns regularly.
  • You could change your clothes.
  • You can wash your skin, DNA will come off with Iodine or other solutions.
  • 6mm pellets are incredibly small and the police officer would have to remember where exactly he hit you to find it again.
In short, there is a 99% chance the police will not use these for these reasons, but if they do I bet you any money the Government would then want to see all BB guns banned because they'd essentially be the same tool used by the Police. We'll see.

England: The Great Scapegoat

Growing up in England, most children are brought up with the idea of Britishness, and, as I will continue to explain, an idea is all it is. I too used to be fiercely ‘British’, I would display the union flag at any opportunity, proclaiming my love for our countries heritage. Then, slowly, I came to the realisation that all was not well in ol’ Blighty. ‘British’ history has been deliberately mis-taught for generations for the sole purpose of keeping English identity to a minimum whilst promoting the Imperialistic non-entity known as Britain. As added insult, the English are also usually blamed for all the atrocities committed by the ‘British Empire’, including the Scottish who of course were the ones who forged the British Empire to begin with.

If you think I'm talking crap, let us take a (relatively) quick tour of the United Kingdom’s history:

The first lie comes from the idea of there ever being a race called ‘The Celts’. Indeed Celt seems in recent times to denote someone who resides in the UK or Ireland and is an indigenous person to these lands. Truth is, there was never a single cultural or racial group known simply as ‘the Celts’. There had been waves upon waves of small settler groups from the continent all throughout the neolithic period and bronze age – all of whom displaced the earlier group. That been said, it has been noted that during the Neolithic period, all Northern European cultures (Germanic and ‘Celtic’) were very similar which seems to suggest a common lineage. Essentially there is no difference between someone of whom is of Germanic origin, and someone who is of Celtic origin.

Why is this important? Well it is very important on account of the fact that in recent times they’ve used immigration to break social cohesion and national identity in the UK, and in England in particular. In many instances our race replacement programme is justified by the likes of the BBC etc because of the fact that ‘all English are foreign anyway.’ Well, no actually. Our people have always lived in Northern Europe.

Skipping the Roman conquest entirely, we then get onto the creation of England. After the fall of the Roman Empire the King of the Britons Vortigern, essentially paid protection money to the Anglo-Saxons to stop them marauding their coasts with the absence of Roman naval units - but eventually, after a few attempts to butter the Saxons up, they went on to take England by force from all the independent tribes. England then, is a completely separate nation from Wales (which ironically means Foreigners in Old English) and the Scots to the North.

For some time, England suffered with a terrible war of attrition with the Danes which effectively at one point left England with only the far South West, but was eventually able to regain control of the most of England. Of course, in 1066, the English suffered a great defeat, a defeat which has seen the English people enslaved ever since. Some may scoff at this notion, but here are the facts. With the Norman conquest came a genocide and a complete upheaval of a class system. Before the Norman conquest, England's societal system was mostly based on merit. It was quite possible to start life as a servant and become someone of influence and power later in life. With the Norman system came the consensus, harsh taxes and the super-elite. Whilst the serfs worked night and day to survive, the Norman nobility stuffed their faces. (In fact, the Normans never used plates, they ate their meat off of blocks of bread which was given as a meal to the servants afterwards.)

So why is this important?

Because it proves that no English nobility stood at all after 1066, and the class system in this country has always been horrific. Even today, class in Britain transcends profession and monetary accumulation. Someone can tell another person's ‘class’ merely by their accent. All political decisions for nearly a thousand years have been made by a super-class of usurper bastards.

Even after the Civil War which Oliver Cromwell the Parliamentarian won against the Royalists, we were still dicked because all the anti-Jewry laws which were repealed in order for us to take on a debt based ‘modern’ banking system.

Now onto the interesting part.

England is always seen as being the main nation behind the British Empire, but is this really true? After Queen Elizabeth I’s death, the crown passed to James I, her Nephew who was from the Scottish throne. Then since then, up until the arrival of the Saxe-Coburg and Gotha crew, all monarchs were either Scottish, or German.

So when did the United Kingdom become united? Well, despite the same throne been held in both the Scottish and English state for a long time before, the union never came about until 1707, but it was done to stop Scotland going bankrupt after they tried their own bit of territorial expansionism in Panama, and to stop them from ever becoming allies with the French again like they had so many times before (which was actually the main reason for the film Braveheart because Scotland kept aiding France.) No one was ever asked, and the only people who have ever done badly from the British state are the main contributors: the English.
Of course the English civil war in (1642–1651) was fought against King Charles I, the main reason for that war was to prevent the monarch from uniting England and Scotland because the opponents were concerned that such a move would but English customs and traditions in danger.

Ironically after a long and bloody civil war only fifty years later the Parliament had reinstated a monarch as a constitutional monarchy and signed an agreement which united Scotland and England. The true purpose of the Civil war must therefore be looked at in scrutiny and it is a well known fact that Cromwell's round-heads repealed the usury laws and allowed Jewish banks to start dominating England (and later on allowed the sell out of Scotland too.)

There remains facts however that some people who remain hateful of the English seem to ignore. Despite the pressure from various monarchs and the imposed imperialism over the years from foreign powers and banking interests, England still managed to contribute so much liberty to the world which remains as a beacon of hope and justice throughout the world. It is generally forgotten that Britain banned slavery around the same time the United States did. It is conveniently not mentioned that the English legal system was based on evidence, and presumption of innocence rather than the usual presumption of guilt like in other nations, it is conveniently not mentioned that the Magna Carta and the Bill of Rights is the corner stone of modern freedoms, both of which came from peaceful English reforms.

Another thing which seems ironic is that a term used by liberals these days against English nationalists is ‘Little Englanders’. This term can correctly be tracked back to the days of the British Empire where the term ‘Little Englander’ was coined for English who disagreed with Britain's Imperialistic approach, and the creation of the British state. This would seem to imply that the 'nasty, filthy nationalists' are actually against the kind of international pillage that faux-liberalism seems to support.

Lastly, let us not forget from where most of the prominent secret societies now based in the states originated – Scotland, not England.

So why do I feel this article is important?

That is simple. I grow tired of hearing from groups whether they are African, American or Scottish about how bad we English are, when in actual fact, our history was not ours to control. We have been at the mercy of Norman and German hierarchs, Scottish bloodlines and foreign banks for a very long time. I'm not saying we are perfect, but I would just like to say that we deserve to exist as a nation and as a people. We do not deserve to be deliberately forced out of our homeland by migrants, nor do we deserve the sole blame for all of the atrocities played out by the British Empire.

Britain is a term meaning slavery. Slavery for all of us involved. I only hope that the Scottish vote for their independence in the next coming years as it will grant us a loop hole to take back control of our destiny also – from both the British state, and the EU (since we joined as the UK, not separate nation states.)

Welcome To The Machine: Neo-Feudalism Is Here

It seems the UK has been utterly and undeniably flanked on all sides by globalist interests, wealthy banking families and corrupt politicians. We are well and truly hemmed in, and if I'm allowed to be completely pessimistic, it seems like there is going to be no escape from the increasing rot that has gripped an entire global civilisation.

Now, you may be thinking I'm a paranoid, thinking negatively and spouting a load of old shit, but look at the continuing trends.

Increasing food prices, reduction of state pensions (whilst increasing how long we work for.) Reduction in wages, (when you take into account value loss in the currency) attack on liberties, attack on judicial process, attack on the right to protest, constant attacks against firearm and weapon ownership. The list goes on and on.

The average citizen doesn't seem much brighter than these.
Put simply, I would say that the UK and all of the other western nations are at the end of their lifespan as a free society and Governments, top banking families and international groups are going in for the kill right now.
Put simply, we are approaching Neo-feudalism.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neo-feudalism

That is essentially a bit like fascism, only when you are poor, you are really, really poor.

Examples? There are plenty. Sit back, read and take notice.

Health & Food Fascism

The general problem is that the Government is attempting to reduce the costs of health care with such aggressive and bizzare ideas, that they are likely to cause more problems than they solve. With all the talk of benefit reductions for obese claimants and tax rises and even legislation to get rid of unhealthy food completely, it kind of makes a mockery of us to say that we are still a free society when you cannot even decide what food you eat.

As I have written before: (http://eibsnews.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/health-facism-nanny-knows-best.html)

Of course, food prices are set to go up even further than they already have soon as the Government also wants to do something about food wastage.

(Read here: http://eibsnews.blogspot.co.uk/2013/01/half-worlds-food-wasted.html)

Of course doing anything to legislate either consumers, transporters or food retail outlets to reduce food wastage will invariably lead to higher costs adding even further burden to families in a recession. Whilst I do think something ought to be done with regards to food wastage, perhaps during the middle of a recession isn't the best time to be mucking around with something as important as food.

Ironically, with all the food price increases lately one of the hereditary piers, one Countess Lady Mar made a complete cock up last week when she called for food prices to be increased in order to solve food wastage. What planet do these cretins come from?

http://money.aol.co.uk/2013/01/18/house-of-lords-food-is-too-cheap/

Of course there is the usual calls for us to eat locusts or meat grown in vats. Yummy!

Pensioner Abuse

Think you can retire in the near future like our elders did once upon a time? Unless you accumulate a considerable amount of wealth, I wouldn't count on it.

Many people who are just about approaching retirement age now will know full well the level of fuckery the system is able to unleash upon you at a moments notice. Of course I'm referring to that little fact of thievery the previous Government did by raiding the pension pot to bail out bankers and cats so fat they posess their own gravitational influence.

In a previous article, (http://eibsnews.blogspot.co.uk/2012/10/work-pensioners-how-bout-no.html) I mentioned how some were even calling for pensioners to work on a voluntary basis for their state pension. Fuck off!

In any case, the whole pension scandal is getting worse and worse, with some now calling for retirement ages to be raised to 70. Of course by the time I'm old enough to retire, being in my mid-twenties, I doubt there will even be a recognisable retirement system. They'll more than likely turn my aging bones in 'Soylent Green' to combat the food crisis. I jest of course, but months back this article came up:
http://www.foxnews.com/scitech/2011/06/17/japanese-scientists-create-meat-from-poop/

Anyway, moving on.

Even the MOD which has been suffering cut-backs whilst being asked to undertake all manor of illegal resource stealing and corporate murdering have also had their pensions cut back with an increase of servicemen's national insurance contributions. Funtastic.

Possibly the most concerning problem we face is that all folks now have to own a private pension. Now I'm not necessarily against private pensions if you can afford them, but contributing a minimal amount when you are on minimum wage is just taking the piss. By the time you have saved up anything worth having you may as well have not bothered because you can bet your bottom dollar that that money you saved will go against you having any help from the state when you do finally retire.
Essentially you are being fucked over twice by putting that nominal amount aside, and even then, it still gets taxed and the usual cunt suspects get to make interest off of your labour.

Wage Reductions

McDonalds is now in the top ten
companies to work for in the UK.
Desperate times!

If you are lucky enough to have a half decent job the chances are quite high that lately you have received a pay-cut. Of course if you are on minimum wage, chances are you would have realised the occasional national minimum wage increase, which of course is well below rising inflation rates. General theme: wage cuts making us poorer, inflation rates making us poorer, wage cuts makes employee's poorer whilst that influences other firms to pay a less fair wage leading ultimately to a worker class which is happy just to have found work, no matter how degrading the place is to their staff or how chronically awful their wage packets are at the end of the month.

Of course, in the UK and indeed for most of the Western Civilisation, the soft approach towards immigration control has been supported by both the hardline socialists, and centre-right conservatives and has had a knock on effect with regards to the jobs and labour markets.

Ultra-left are of course useful idiots used through proxy organisations to fuel a wider push towards globalisation which the capitalist center-right folk then use to make huge amounts of money. Easy peasy.
The whole idea that immigration was 'good for our economy' was of course complete bullshit. Its implementation had a few reasons, but one of the main reasons was to control the job markets and reduce overall labour costs. Flooding a country with thousands of workers who will do a days wage the rest of us wouldn't entertain forced us into the situation where today people will fight for a McMoron job flipping burgers.

Of course the other reason was to inundate the population with foreign cultures as to water down our cultural traditions leading us more naturally towards both the EU and world Government.

Don't believe me? Read for yourself.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-18519395

Legal Rights

Obviously, if you know anything about the EU, you will know what its European system of law is currently doing to our British Common Law based legal system. Well, it fucked it, essentially.

Our legal system in the UK was the jewel of our society, our Bill of Rights influenced the American Constitution and was the major base for all other anglo free societies. It was the basic promise that a subject would not be subjected to threats of intimidation or charged without fair trial. England even banned the use of torture in 1640 because it was common sense that a man with immense pain placed upon him would ultimately end up confessing to anything just to get the torturer to stop.

Then again, with America the so called 'home of the free' using Guantanamo Bay, and the former Libyan regime so willing to offer their services as interrogators, Britain doesn't really have a need to have its own in-house torturers.

Of course with the European system marching in over the years we now have fixed penalty notes, on-the-spot trials, trials without jury, and daily threats coming from all forms of authority both in person and in state propaganda. In fact, just today it was suggested that criminals should not be provided QC (or as it boils down to it, experienced) solicitors.

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/law-and-order/9815013/Criminals-should-not-be-allowed-to-hire-expensive-lawyers-with-legal-aid-Chris-Grayling-says.html

Of course the outrage here is that there is apparently no presumption of innocence anymore with any criminal case.
Still this story seems to remind me of a certain line out of the film 'Lethal Weapon':

Then there is the problem with the internet being the first place the police trawl through to claim victims...I mean convictions. The latest one was a bloke who posted up videos of beheadings on Facebook:
http://www.ndtv.com/article/world/briton-jailed-over-beheading-videos-posted-on-facebook-319755

Do I agree with posting up sick videos? No. Do I think someone should have to do five years because it may offend someone? Erm, no definitely not. It takes all sorts in life, and just because someone seems to have unhealthy obsession with gore I should hope a judge would not have gone postal like this and ruined someones life for it. Oh, the charge was 'Encouraging Terrorism', apparently.

Of course with other things such as protests all but banned it seems that our fundamental right to fair trial and freedom of expression is pretty much dead. Think this moot point as everyone acknowledges this fact at least.

Attacking The Vulnerable

One of the things said to give an accurate highlight of a societies morality is to look at how well a societies most vulnerable are looked after.

Shockingly, the Conservative cut backs against incapacity benefits is leaving many people in extreme poverty and in many cases terribly humiliated. I'm not usually one to mention human rights because I feel they very often get used to justify our own enslavement, but in the case of these sickening stories I believe something ought to be done right now to sort out these injustices.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/fear-of-fitness-to-work-tests-driving-disabled-patients-to-suicide-say-6-of-gps-8197432.html

One of the many stories tells of how a woman was told she could return to work despite having incontinence. Now I'm not a legal expert but I'm pretty sure that this one does breach human rights laws on the grounds of public humiliation. You could hardly expect someone to work in an office whilst fouling themselves in front of colleagues. It would destroy even the strongest of souls.

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/atos-told-incontinent-woman-to-wear-nappy-firm-condemned-by-mps-for-pressuring-sick-and-disabled-into-returning-to-work-8456447.html

With the Government paying private companies on the basis that the company is given an objective to cut back on disability claimants, people are unfairly being told that they are to return to work when quite clearly they are not. The people who do the assessments are not even medically trained and the stress and hardship this is putting individuals under has led to inexcusable deaths of late. Some through people returning to work when they shouldn't, and some even through suicide as they feel their situation is so hopeless.

Of course disabled people aren't the only ones resorting to taking their own lives, a surge in depression and a spike in suicide rates has been plaguing not only the UK but the US and other Western countries too, with it mostly being young adults doing this.

http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/health-and-families/health-news/suicide-rates-rocket-in-wake-of-economic-downturn-recession-8049446.html

In a society where young people are not able to afford their own homes, and are unable to find meaningful employment which will support them in independence - and where there is no support to turn to with a complete break up of cultural values and societal cohesion, it is no wonder suicide rates are rising. Times are tough, but when there is nowhere to turn to to find a comforting shoulder to cry on, and with debts rising with no long term prospects, its no surprise.

Education

Of course the fact that education for a long time has simply been a basic requirement to get a populace to be just intelligent and informed enough to work and pay taxes is no secret. However recent suggestions are somewhat taking the piss.

There are considerations to let schools make a profit for shareholders.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/poll/2012/oct/17/schools-run-for-profit

Which is no surprise considering that school now has to run mandatory up to the age of 18 and that some of these schools are not places of learning at all and are operating as sweat shops.
http://www.studioschoolstrust.org/

Apprenticeships could be great for a kid to get into, but of course, they could also be uninspiring, underpaid and deadend nightmares. Lady luck therefore will dictate which kids get the most out of this set up, and which ones grow up to be resentful and left under equipped for later life. They already tried this back in the 70's, and it mostly failed the first time, though there were isolated success stories.

Right To Defend Oneself

Of course in the UK it is already practically illegal to defend yourself, loved ones and your property, and even more 'wrong' to use a firearm to do for those ends. It is of course interesting to note that in anglo-saxon times, any of the free folk were allowed to carry with them a scramaseax (short-sword to you and I) at all times. It was only the people considered slaves who could not own a weapon and the punishment for a non-freeman owning or possessing a weapon was usually a public beating.

Of course these days we are slightly more 'cultured' then them days, so we no longer have to endure the public beating, but we do still suffer the abuse of a society who places the rights of criminals above the right of citizens to defend themselves and their homes.

Even our ex-MOD personnel are arrested for owning a handgun, and in the case of the article below ex-SAS members no less:
http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/two-sas-men-arrested-after-83525

I tend to hold the view that the Government does actually see us all as slaves these days, and therefore being common peasants we are not given the rights to defend ourselves and property because, well because quite frankly in a broad scheme of things we don't own anything, meerly borrow it from the Government for a while. (Look up who actually owns your car and who gets an estate if noone leaves a will after death, etc.)

I'm not going to argue gun crime statistics and whether they should or should not be in the hands of civilians, that is far from the remit of this article - but ask yourself, in a free society would you have to justify why you needed a pen knife in your pocket if you were stopped and searched by your local bobby?

Now with the ongoing push to disarm America too, things look pretty bleak. Of course America is a different ball game altogether, but you have to ask whether this sudden change in their political view is less down to protecting children and more down to the UN's international disarmament policy.

 Overview

Of course, I haven't covered anywhere close to the amount of examples available to show of how the standard of living in the West is dropping substantially, but given that this article is scratching just the surface I think we ought to seriously look at what we as a collective are doing to stop things getting any worse. Any of you out there who are under the illusion that shit hasn't already hit the fan need to wake up. We are up to our knees in the muck already, we just need to make sure they don't rub our faces in it for good measure.

Better get used to is I guess...

Half The Worlds Food Wasted

So the news today is reporting on how half the worlds food produced ends up in the landfill.
What took the news so long to pick up this story? This has been an obvious situation for decades and it as per usual it surprises me how newsreaders can roll this out randomly one day and call it 'news' but there you go.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-20968076

I mentioned this combined with a general overview of real environmental issues about two or three years ago on a youtube video:

The Institution of Mechanical Engineers has said that "the waste was being caused by poor storage, strict sell-by dates, bulk offers and consumer fussiness."

Ok. Well lets just consider these points for a moment. Poor storage? Yes, blatantly. Strict sell-by-dates? Yes. Once upon a time it was good enough just to use common sense to determine whether food was past its best or not. Generally speaking if meat or vegetables is gone you won't want to eat it, the strict sell-by-dates is merely a ruse to get us to chuck more away and therefore carry on buying more the next week.

Trouble is lately through a combination of bulk buy offers and the short use by dates, half the food we do buy ends up going out of date within days of buying it which of course exacerbates the problem.

Customer fussiness? I would argue against this point, but generally if people in the modern world, or at least the west, had time to cook meals from scratch this would not be an issue. As it stands it is much cheaper to buy a prepacked meal then it is to buy all the ingredients and do something from scratch, something which is a real shame and which is partly to blame for the amount of obese kids you see these days.

The report called Global Food; Waste Not, Want Not from the UK-based institution, as much as half of the world's food, amounting to two billion tonnes worth, is wasted. Up to 30% of the vegetables in the EU   are either thrown away or the farmers themselves do not even bother to harvest them because they know they will not meet the EU's 'criteria'. (http://ec.europa.eu/agriculture/fruit-and-vegetables/marketing-standards/index_en.htm)

The EU has already it seems sought to reduce the number of fruit and vegetables they are putting size and shape (as ridiculous as this sounds to begin with) restrictions on.

At the end of the day pressures from groups such as this who created this report usually financed by the UN are going to end up forcing legislation in most countries to reduce food wastage. This is not a bad thing and as much as I usually hate the UN, I have to agree with this particular scheme, especially if we are not going to do anything pro-active about population growth. That said I do have some concerns.

In the past few weeks an idea was announced by the Tories about reducing benefits for claimants who were overweight:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-london-20897681

http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/2013/jan/03/obesity-benefits-cuts

And labour has suggested putting restrictions on fat, sugar and salt in certain foods:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-20914685

And as I stated in my last blog post the reduction of benefits for overweight claimants is pretty much unenforceable so my concern is that they will simply use a different method of imposing tax on unhealthy foods to subsidise losses to supermarkets who will have to improve food wastage on fresh fruit, vegetables and meat. In any case, no matter what happens, as soon as the Government gets involved you know it will just cost the people more money regardless. A negligible reduction in NHS costs whilst spending more in taxes to give back to corrupt banking families of which the Government is to blame for taking loans with in the first place.

Time will tell, but don't tell I didn't tell you so.
